Athlete To Trainer

I grew up in Provost and played every sport that I could! When I graduated I moved to Edmonton and played 5 years of volleyball for TKU Women’s Volleyball Team in the ACAC/CCAA. After my playing career ended, I was selected for the CCAA Female Apprentice Coaching program with TKU. It was here I earned my coaching certifications and assistant coached for 2 years. This got my foot in the door to become the TKU Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Trainer from 2015 to present.

My education led me down a long path that started with a Degree in Psychology, a Physical Therapy Assistant Diploma, Master of Science in Athletic Therapy, and ended with ICTA Contemporary Cupping Methods certifications. I started AR Wellness in 2016, providing both therapy and personal training, and continue to grow my practice in Provost Alberta!

I married my husband in 2016, and we live in Provost with our pup William! I love working out, hanging out with friends, travelling, and I am a huge foodie! I cannot wait to continue to serve my community and connect with you as a client!
